PWP CL-2026-286) Addendum 3 (CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS - EMPLOYEE PARKING GARAGE

The Clark County Department of Aviation is seeking bids for the construction of a new multi-level employee parking garage and associated landscaping at Harry Reid International Airport. The project includes signage, security and vehicle control equipment, shade structures, elevators, technology and surveillance equipment. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The project is subject to various regulations, including Executive Order 11246, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Federal Labor Provisions. • The project requires a bid guarantee equivalent to 5% of the bid price. • The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond for 100% of the contract price and a payment bond for 100% of the contract price. • The project is estimated to be approximately 430,000 SF. • The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to apprenticeship programs and equal employment opportunity. • The bidder must also comply with the requirements of the Clark County Department of Aviation's Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Policy.
