Description
The United States Coast Guard (USCG) Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) is issuing a Notice of Intent to inform industry contractors of the Government's intent to Award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract for the USCGC STURGEON BAY mounting flange replacement. The intended contractor is DEFENSE MARITIME SOLUTIONS, INC. The scope of work includes providing one each (Item: H76463-02/3, Item Description: Mounting Ring Assembly 320 Mod 326.4 FSE) and using Coast Guard Drawing 140 WTGB 243-003, Rev -, Stern Tube Seal (Type FSE) as guidance. The required delivery date is within 20 weeks or earlier of the notice of award.
• The contractor shall provide the mounting ring assembly and follow the specified drawing.
• The contractor shall deliver the supplies to the address specified within the required timeframe.
• The contractor shall provide tracking information within 48 hours of each individual supply being shipped.
