Description
The Employees Retirement System of Texas (ERS) seeks a qualified firm to deliver an enterprise‑grade tax‑compliance software solution that will transmit, validate, process, and electronically file IRS Form 1099‑R data through the Information Returns Intake System (IRIS). The contract will run for four years with a possible extension, and the selected vendor must meet minimum technical and functional requirements outlined in the RFP. Proposals are due by October 20, 2026.
• Scope: design, configure, implement, and support a secure IRIS transmission platform for 1099‑R filings.
• Required deliverables: software licensing, integration services, data validation rules, electronic filing capability, ongoing maintenance and support.
