Description
The Washington Health Benefit Exchange seeks one or more qualified vendors to provide comprehensive actuarial services for its ACA marketplace. Services include multi‑year enrollment projections, actuarial support for the Section 1332 immigrant‑coverage waiver, design and updating of standard health‑plan options, dynamic modeling of the State Premium Subsidy (Cascade Care Savings), and optional ad‑hoc market analyses. Work will be delivered via a series‑of work orders over a three‑year base period, with potential extensions through 2034.
