Description
The City of Salina is seeking qualified contractors to provide a new electrical service to the Wyatt Water Tower and to install an obstruction lighting system. The work includes removal of existing service equipment, installation of a new meter pedestal, panelboard, buried conduit, and a double‑head red LED obstruction light with photocell controls, plus all associated civil and grounding work. Payments will be on a lump‑sum basis, with a 10 % retainage and a $100 per day liquidated‑damage clause for late completion.
