Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to award a sole source contract to Becton, Dickinson & Co. (BD Diagnostics Systems) for a full service contract and software subscription for BD Synapsys. The contract will include a bundled solution consisting of software subscription, essential service coverage, and full-service contract. The contractor will provide technical support, remote diagnostics, and troubleshooting assistance, as well as periodic system health checks and performance monitoring. The contract term will be 12 months from the award date, with renewal options based on mutual agreement.
• The contractor must be OEM-trained, OEM-certified, and approved by OEM to work on any of the listed systems.
• The contractor will provide preventative maintenance, repair services, and parts replacement.
• The contractor will maintain detailed logs of all work and provide service reports to the COR within 2 business days.
• The contractor must adhere to VA security, safety, and privacy regulations.
