West Greeley Interceptor, Lift Station, and Force Main Progressive Design Build

The City of Greeley is seeking a Progressive Design Build team to complete the design and construction of the West Greeley sewer infrastructure, including an interceptor, lift station, and force main. The project aims to serve the West Greeley service area and return the flow to the City's Wastewater Treatment and Reclamation Facility. The selected team will be responsible for preconstruction services, design, and construction. The project has a required schedule, and the City's objectives include collaboration with City staff, selection of an experienced PDB team, project schedule, guaranteed project cost, quality design and construction, and safety. Some key aspects of the project include: • The PDB team will be responsible for tracking intermediate design changes and incorporating them into the project schedule and budget. • The team will develop a Construction Management Plan, including a Communication Plan, Project Schedule, and Design Quality Control Plan. • The team will provide meeting minutes, workshop notes, and other materials in electronic format. • The team will be responsible for permitting and approvals, including federal, state, county, city, and floodplains regulations. • The team will provide a Guaranteed Maximum Price proposal, including unit cost, quantities, and estimation assumptions.
