Description
The Department of the Air Force is seeking to continue the development, integration, testing, and refinement of critical Cost Analysis Data Operating Model (CADOM) data pipelines, applications, and associated metadata architectures. The purpose is to prevent a lapse in service and ensure development continuity prior to the award of the competitive follow-on CEMDAR contract. The scope of work includes data pipelines, metadata and architecture, applications, and transition support. The selected contractor will be required to provide knowledge transfer and orderly handoff of all pipelines, applications, code repositories, documentation, data access credentials, NDA relationships, and institutional knowledge to the contractor awarded the competed CEMDAR follow-on contract.
• Data Pipelines: CSDR/FlexFile Data Pipeline and Contracts Data Pipeline
• Metadata and Architecture: CADOM Metadata Layer and Data Architecture
• Applications: Data Catalog Application and other applications under development
• Transition Support: Knowledge transfer and orderly handoff of all pipelines, applications, code repositories, documentation, data access credentials, NDA relationships, and institutional knowledge
