Description
The City of San Antonio is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver a complete, end‑to‑end parking access and revenue‑control solution for its off‑street garages, on‑street parking zones, and the Alamodome parking facilities. The contract is annual and requires hardware replacement, software upgrades, system integration, installation, testing, training, and ongoing maintenance and support. Proposals must demonstrate how the solution improves user experience for residents, visitors, and event attendees, and must include mobile‑technology enhancements where applicable.
• Replace and upgrade gate arms, card readers, ticket dispensers, and related parking‑access hardware across multiple municipal garages and surface lots.
• Provide a new Point‑of‑Sale (POS) system for the Alamodome parking areas, including payment processing, receipt printing, and integration with existing city financial systems.
• Design, install, and support new network infrastructure (conduit, Cat 6 cabling, IDF rooms, switches, and Internet service) to connect all parking devices and enable real‑time data, reservation, and navigation capabilities.
• Deliver comprehensive training, software maintenance, updates, and 24/7 support for the duration of the contract.
• Submit a sealed competitive proposal by the March 9, 2026 deadline, incorporating responses to all mandatory technical and experience questions.
