The US government is seeking a telecommunications provider to start a 10.709 GB OTU-2 commercial circuit intra-Europe. This is a restricted access requirement, and only entities registered under the appropriate NAICS codes can access the attachments. The provider must have a current DITCO Basic Agreement (BA) signed by both the government and the contractor prior to submitting any quotes.
