The City of Bristol is awarding a contract to complete the Balance of Plant (BOP) for an Equalization Tank System at the Integrated Solid‑Waste Management Facility. The work encompasses all civil, structural, piping, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation activities required to finish two 500,000‑gallon bolted steel equalization tanks that were procured under a separate contract. The BOP contractor must coordinate closely with the tank contractor and deliver a fully operational system. • Full‑scope construction including foundations, steel work, pipe installation, mechanical equipment, electrical power and control systems. • Coordination with the existing Equalization Tank Contractor (ITB# SW‑26‑002) to integrate all interfaces. • Deliver a complete, code‑compliant system ready for operation at the Bristol ISWMF.
