Notice of Intent - Sole Source to MHS GENESIS Solution providers

The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is issuing a notice of intent to award five sole source contracts to proprietary platform vendors for the MHS GENESIS ecosystem. The contracts will provide critical system components, software licensing, and specialized services. The selected vendors are Cerner Corporation (Oracle Health), Philips North America LLC (Philips Healthcare), American Well Corporation (Amwell), Henry Schein, Inc., and Solventum Health Information Systems, Inc. (Solventum). The services authorized under this justification and approval include software licensing, maintenance, and subscription services, hosting and infrastructure support, sustainment and operational support, enabling new capabilities, optimization, and coordination with program office support contractors. • The period of performance is anticipated to begin no later than July 2027, with a maximum duration of five years per contract. • The Government anticipates awarding firm-fixed-price, outcome-based contracts for these requirements. • The selected vendors will provide essential software licensing, maintenance, subscription services, hosting, and sustainment support necessary to operate the MHS GENESIS ecosystem. • The Government reserves the right not to respond to any expression of interest received.
