Rental Vehicles RFI

The Department of Management Services (DMS) is seeking information from experienced vendors for Rental Vehicles. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gather information on the services sought and to determine which solicitation process to use. The DMS may also use the information provided by the vendor community to determine general, special, or technical specifications to include in a competitive solicitation for these services. • The RFI is not a competitive solicitation and will not result in the award of any contract. • Vendors are required to provide information on their company's experience providing Rental Vehicles to governmental and non-governmental accounts. • Vendors must also provide information on their ability to provide services consistent with the current Rental Vehicles State Term Contract. • The RFI includes an exhibit for vendors to complete, which describes their company's ability to provide services as provided under the current Rental Vehicles State Term Contract.
