Description
The Steuben County Youth Bureau is requesting proposals from non-profit and municipal entities to provide youth-related programming during the contract term through two different funding opportunities. The goals for the collective impact for the available funding across the county are to benefit as many youth as possible, provide programming consistent with Positive Youth Development guidelines, provide a variety of programming for a broad range of youth interests, and provide activities and programming in under-resourced communities where resources are scarce.
Some key points to consider include:
• Eligible programs and services must be provided between October 1, 2025, and September 30, 2026.
• Contractors must have a child protection policy in place, a non-discrimination policy, and must collect registration and performance measure data.
• Funding will be provided through a reimbursement model, and contractors must submit claims on a quarterly basis.
• The County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive irregularities and technicalities.
