25-002QP- On-Call Transit and Streetcar Improvements

The City of Seattle is seeking a consultant team to provide on-call transit and streetcar spot improvements design services. The consultant will provide planning, design, and engineering services to advance transit capital programs and improvements in a multimodal transportation network. The scope of work includes transportation and transit planning, traffic/multimodal analysis and modeling, streetcar and transit speed and reliability analysis, and more. The consultant will work with the City to identify and prioritize projects, develop project definitions, and design transit infrastructure. • Key services include: • Transportation and transit planning • Traffic/multimodal analysis and modeling • Streetcar and transit speed and reliability analysis • Streetcar and transit stop design • Streetcar and transit signal design • Streetcar and transit lane design • Major and minor intersection design • New and/or replaced sidewalk design • New or replaced accessible curb ramp design • Overhead catenary system design • Traffic and parking data collection • Cost estimating • Conceptual (0%-30%) design • Preliminary and final (30%-100%) design • Coordination with other public agencies • Community outreach support • Paving condition analysis
