RFP# PM-26-25 - EXTERIOR ELEVATED ELEMENTS (EEE) REPAIRS AT PARKCREST APARTMENTS

The San Diego Housing Commission is seeking a qualified contractor to perform exterior elevated element (EEE) repairs at the Parkcrest Apartments complex. The work focuses on two distinct categories: (1) repair and refurbishment of 26 elevated patio decks (balconies) and (2) repair of four common exterior walk‑ways that span two stories. Tasks include removal of deteriorated railings and wrought‑iron bases, welding new structural posts, sanding, priming and painting of metal components, installation of new milled‑wood handrails and metal drip edges, surface cleaning, crack sealing with Sika self‑leveling polyurethane, and application of a two‑coat Sikalastic coating system.
