Description
The City of Chattahoochee Hills is seeking a contractor to renovate the Cedar Grove Community Center. The project includes remodeling and alteration services, such as renovating restrooms to be ADA compliant, installing new flooring, and updating the HVAC system. The contractor will be responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and ensuring that the work is completed within the specified timeframe. The city has provided a list of questions and answers to help bidders understand the project requirements.
• The project is expected to start in mid-December and finish in mid-February.
• The contractor will be required to provide a performance bond and maintenance/warranty bond.
• The city will remove all furniture and equipment from the storage room.
• The restrooms must be made ADA compliant, if possible.
• The contractor must provide a price sheet with a breakdown of costs.
• The city prefers Trane or Carrier HVAC systems.
