Description
The City of Asheville is seeking proposals for pole banner installation services. The contractor will be responsible for installing, removing, and maintaining City of Asheville-permitted banners and hardware, ensuring that all banners remain secure and professionally displayed. The scope of work includes performing repairs, maintaining an electronic map and hardware inventory, completing installations or removals, and providing pole counts within defined areas to the City as requested.
