Description
The Department of Public Safety is seeking a service maintenance agreement for BSD Robotics BSD600 Ascent A2 Dual Punch instruments in their CODIS Lab. The contract will commence on the effective date stated in the signing document and will expire five years from that date. The contractor will be required to perform on-site annual preventative maintenance, provide technical support, and respond to service tickets within three business days. The contractor must also provide a current pricing catalog and replace defective parts with new ones within two weeks of notification.
