The Department of Veterans Affairs, Robert J Dole VA Medical Center, is seeking to acquire one 13 Cubic Foot Pyxis ES Helmer Refrigerator and three 5 Cubic Foot Pyxis ES Helmer Refrigerators. The refrigerators must integrate into the existing Pyxis ES System, have secure locking bins, and meet specific technical requirements. The contractor will be responsible for delivering, installing, and integrating the refrigerators. The contract will be awarded to a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). • The contractor must be an authorized distributor of the Pyxis ES Helmer Refrigerators. • The contractor must provide a detailed quote with pricing. • The contractor must complete and submit the required documents, including the Buy American Certificate and the VA Notice of Limitations on Subcontracting – Certificate of Compliance for Supplies and Products. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and verified in the SBA Small Business Search. • The contractor must have the skill, expertise, and competency to meet the requirements of the Statement of Work. • The contractor must have a satisfactory record of past performance.
