Description
The U.S. Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance services for Wagner Paint Proportioners and Perf 50 Air Drying Systems at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. The contractor will be responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, providing reports, and ensuring compliance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) requirements and standards. The contract will require the contractor to have factory certification in maintenance and repair of Wagner Flex Control Plus and 3K Smart Systems. Some key tasks include:
* Performing monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, and annual scheduled maintenance
* Providing a report listing all work performed as part of scheduled maintenance within 2 business days of completed work
* Performing unscheduled maintenance as requested by 309 MXSS supervision
* Providing a diagnostic report within 1 hour of completed evaluation and a copy electronically within 2 business days
* Ensuring compliance with environmental protection laws and regulations
* Ensuring proper safety measures and training for contractor employees
* Coordinating with 309 MXSS supervision for maintenance times and access to government facilities
