Request for Proposals for Engineering Services for Sewer Infrastructure Project

The Town of Shannon is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide engineering services for a sewer infrastructure project. The scope of work includes preparing a preliminary cost estimate, preliminary engineering report, plans and specifications, bid documents, and construction inspection. The project has potential funding from HUD, Appalachian Regional Commission, State Revolving Loan Fund, and other state and federal funding agencies. The Town of Shannon encourages minority-owned business enterprises, woman-owned business enterprises, and Section 3 eligible businesses to submit proposals.
