Description
The City of Conyers is seeking a qualified contractor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment for a metal roof replacement at the Cherokee Run Golf Course Clubhouse. The project includes removing existing metal roofing panels, disposing of materials, inspecting and replacing damaged decking and insulation, installing a standing seam metal roofing system, and providing all necessary flashing and trim. The contractor must also ensure a watertight installation and provide a complete turnkey contract.
