Budget estimate

$500,000 – $1,000,000

The engineer’s construction estimate for the skywalk exterior improvements is $700,000. Considering typical contractor markup, bonding costs, and contingency allowances, the total contract value is likely to fall between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This range accounts for variations in material prices (e.g., LED fixtures, waterproofing membranes) and potential scope adjustments permitted under the contract.
