The lease term may not exceed five years, includes a Government termination right, and requires exclusive on‑site secure parking for nine government vehicles. Interested parties may be building owners or exclusive representatives of owners, and must provide exclusivity agreements, representation letters, or listing contracts with their proposals. The location must be within a 15‑mile radius of Wynne, AR 72396. Proposals are due by 5:30 PM on 16 Oct 2026.
