The Summit County Facilities Maintenance Department is seeking a qualified contractor to provide full exterior wood‑surface preparation, staining, and sealing for the District Attorney and Probation office building in Breckenridge, CO. The project includes power‑washing, paint removal, caulking repairs, application of two coats of Sherwin‑Williams WoodScapes solid stain, and Helmsman satin spar urethane on clear‑wood trim, as well as provision of traffic control, OSHA‑compliant fall protection, and a one‑year warranty.
