Description
The City of Eugene is seeking a contractor to install a Shand and Jurs flare dedicated to the off-spec gas system of the Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) plant at the wastewater treatment facility. The project includes installing an owner-supplied Shand and Jurs flare and control system, and a Harris Thermal stainless-steel tank, and integrating them into the off-spec gas piping. The purpose is to provide an off-spec gas flare dedicated to the RNG and return the two existing flares to serve the anaerobic digesters. Key aspects of the project include:
• Installation of a Shand and Jurs flare and control system
• Installation of a Harris Thermal stainless-steel tank
• Integration into the off-spec gas piping
• Compliance with the Technical Specifications and Supplemental Drawings
• Provision of submittals, including shop drawings, erection drawings, and operation and maintenance manuals
• Completion of construction, testing, and commissioning of the project
• Achievement of Substantial Completion and Final Completion
