Description
The Birch Run Area Schools is seeking a qualified landscaping contractor to provide comprehensive lawn care and grounds maintenance for the District's campus. The scope of work includes routine mowing and maintenance, seasonal clean-ups, and spraying of weeds. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, and materials for the services. The contract is for the growing season, roughly April-October. The district has approximately 30 acres of mowable area, including athletic fields and a courtyard at the high school.
• Routine mowing and maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and clean-up
• Seasonal clean-ups, including spring and fall clean-up
• Spraying of weeds throughout the district, approximately twice a year
• Compliance with mandatory school safety requirements, including scheduling, background checks, and chemical notification
