Metal for Fabrication - Lacey Wa

The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is seeking a contract for metal for fabrication at its Lacey location. The contract will be for a period of 8 years, and WSDOT intends to award contracts to two vendors. The contract will require the supplier to provide metals for fabrication and repair work at the Lacey Washington Shop. The supplier will be responsible for delivering the metals to the specified location. • The contract will be awarded based on the highest and 2nd highest fixed percentage discount off list price. • The supplier must provide a firm offer that cannot be withdrawn for a period of 90 days from the bid due date. • The supplier must comply with all terms and conditions of the contract, including insurance requirements and certifications. • The supplier must provide a current, valid Certificate of Insurance with each and all of the required insurance coverages. • The supplier must certify that it is not debarred, suspended, or proposed for debarment from contracting with any federal, state, or local governmental entity.
