Market Survey to Support the Shore Submarine Communications Systems (SSCS) - REVISION

The Naval Information Warfare Center (NAVWAR) is conducting a market survey to assess small business capabilities for providing engineering analysis and technical support services for the Shore Submarine Communications Systems (SSCS). The services required include system level engineering, subject matter expert technical and training support for modernization, sustainment, and on-site technical support at NIWC Atlantic Charleston, SC, NIWC Atlantic Portsmouth, and Foreign Military Support (FMS). • The contract is only open to SeaPort NXG MAC holders. • The services will support the SUBOPAUTH and LBUCS Program. • The survey is for determining small business capabilities. • The contract will require providing components through system level engineering and SME technical and training support. • The contract will require on-site technical support at NIWC Atlantic Charleston, SC, NIWC Atlantic Portsmouth, and FMS.
