Description
The State of Louisiana, Office of State Procurement, is seeking bids for a Blanket Order Contract to provide propane for the Louisiana Department of Public Safety. The contract will be for an initial 1-year period, with the option to renew for two additional 12-month periods. The contractor will be required to furnish and maintain 15 1,000-gallon LPG tanks and 2 500-gallon LPG tanks at the Fire and Emergency Training Academy. The contractor must be capable of delivering LPG fuel within a 12-hour period or provide monitoring services and a delivery timeframe of not more than 24 hours.
