IBM SPSS renewal FY26 For DBH

The Ohio Department of Behavioral Health is seeking to renew its IBM SPSS licenses for FY26. The department is soliciting dealers who offer these products on an existing Department of Administrative Services (“DAS”) Contract, State Term Schedule (“STS”), Group Purchasing Contract ("GPC"), or Master Maintenance Agreement ("MMA"). The awarded supplier must include all applicable costs for delivery, setup, and warranty in their submission. • The department will award this project to the lowest-cost responsive and responsible supplier. • All pricing must be clearly entered into the OhioBuys item grid and prices must be at or lower than current contracted pricing. • The applicable DAS contract number is required within the comment column of the grid or in the attachment if an attachment is provided. • Any responses that are not a part of a current DAS contract will not be considered.
