The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4), is giving notice of its intent to establish a firm-fixed 5-year IDIQ with Funeral Care by Andy Danielle Belusko for indigent burial services. The requirement includes geographic proximity, response time, and licensing restrictions. The contractor must be located within a 25-mile radius of both the VAPHS University Drive and Heinz Campus locations, be able to provide funeral services within 96 hours, and hold all applicable funeral director/funeral establishment licenses and permits. • The contractor must be licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. • The contractor must be able to provide funeral services no later than 96 hours from the time the funeral home is contacted by VAPHS. • The contractor must be located within a 25-mile radius of both the VAPHS University Drive and Heinz Campus locations.
