Dedicated Internet Access for Guest Wi-Fi Services – Boone County Government Center

The Boone County Purchasing Department is seeking a contractor to provide dedicated internet access for guest Wi-Fi services at the Boone County Government Center. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, supplies, and services necessary to provide the dedicated internet services. The contract period will be for one year, with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year periods. The contractor must also provide a router/firewall and configure it to act as a DNS and DHCP server for the internal network. The contractor will be responsible for monitoring the router/firewall 24/7 and providing technical support as needed. Key requirements include: • 99.9% service up-time • 300Mbps or higher synchronous internet connection • 1 public, static IPv4 address • Ability to set alerts based on bandwidth usage • Capability to be upgraded upon request The contractor must also comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, and provide proof of insurance.
