Budget estimate

$150,000 – $600,000

No contract value is disclosed, but comparable reagent‑rental contracts for state newborn‑screening programs typically range from $150 k to $600 k annually, depending on equipment cost, kit volume, maintenance scope, and support services. A lower‑end estimate assumes a single instrument with modest reagent volumes; the higher‑end assumes multiple instruments, extensive consumable volumes, and comprehensive service agreements.
