The City of O'Donnell, through the Purchasing Cooperative of America, is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive firing range services and related items. This includes the supply, installation, maintenance, and repair of range equipment such as clay targets, firearms training simulators, target stands, reloading supplies, and portable shooting range systems. Vendors must be registered in the PCA vendor portal and submit a full proposal by the October 27, 2026 deadline. An optional pre‑proposal meeting will be held on September 29, 2026 for clarification and online training. Questions must be submitted by October 20, 2026. The anticipated award notification is expected in January 2027.
