Public Works BuildingTown of CampbellAJH Project #25-107INVITATION TO BIDThe Public Works Department of the Town of Campbell will receive sealed bids for the Proposed Public WorksMetal Building until 3:00 PM prevailing time on Tuesday, April 7th, 2026 at The Town of Campbell. The bids willbe publicly read at the date and time indicated above. The work includes electrical power and lighting systems for the building. An Add Alternate has beenincluded for the installation of a transfer switch and backup generator. All bids are to be submitted on (2) copies of the Bid Forms contained in the Contract Documents. A copy of the Contract Documents will be available to the public for inspection beginning 9:00 a.m., prevailingtime, on March 18th, 2026 at: Campbell Town Hall, 8529 Main St, Campbell, NY 14821, Telephone 607-527-8244 between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday (prevailing local time) except holidays. Sets of such documents may be obtained from the Town of Campbell at the above-noted times, for a nonrefundablefee of $75.00. Electronic copies of the drawings will also be available free of charge and can be sent viaemail. Contractors shall provide an email address and phone number for receipt of addenda. RFIs will be received until March 30th, with answers provided by April 2nd Proposals shall be sealed in an opaque envelope and addressed to:Norman Maynard, Town SupervisorTown of Campbell8529 Main StreetCampbell, NY 14821 The proposal envelope must be sealed and clearly marked as the bid for the Town of Campbell Public WorksBuilding Electrical with the name and address of the bidder. A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of Town of Campbell, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed bythe Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total of the Bid, shall besubmitted with each bid. The Bidder shall include the fully completed non-collusion affidavit with the bid. Thesuccessful Bidder will be required to provide a 100 % Performance and Payment Bond. The project substantialcompletion date is June 29th, 2026. This project requires New York State Prevailing Wage Rates. Bids may be held by the Town of Campbell for up to 60 days from the date of opening for the purpose ofreviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders prior to awarding the contract. The Town ofCampbell reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities, or to negotiate contract amounts.
