Description
The State of CT - DAS Procurement is seeking the services of a highly talented and experienced Architectural/Engineering team to provide the Programming and Design of a full renovation of Kinney Hall at Naugatuck Valley Community College. The project involves a four-level, 49,000 square foot facility and includes key accessibility upgrades such as the installation of new elevators, renovated restrooms, improved egress stairs, and barrier-free access. The full renovation with infrastructure improvements will include replacing end of life equipment and adhering to current building, fire and accessibility codes.
