Description
The State Accident Insurance Fund Corporation (SAIF) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the modernization of two elevators located in SAIF's Parkway building in Salem, Oregon. The project includes evaluating the current system, providing new equipment and controls, upgrading elevator cab interiors, and providing labor and materials for the modernization. The proposer must be qualified and prepared to provide services in these areas. The proposal should include a description of the proposer's ability to satisfy the requirements, a work plan with timelines, and a description of other similar work performed within the past two years.
• The proposal should address all of the requirements of the RFP, including the proposed timeline, cost of services, subcontractor approval, and proposed contract terms.
• The proposer must identify the subcontractor by name and describe the precise portion of the work that the proposer proposes to subcontract.
• The proposer must submit any questions regarding this RFP by December 19, 2025, 3:00 PM (PT).
• The proposal must be signed by an authorized representative of the proposer and include a copy of a signed original of Attachment D.
• The proposer must certify that it meets all minimum requirements stated in section B of the RFP and is prepared to enter into a contract on the terms contained in Attachments A, B, and C.
