Voting Equipment Transport

Luzerne County is seeking bids from qualified companies for Voting Equipment Transport. The successful bidder will be responsible for transporting voting equipment to and from polling places for two elections in 2026. The equipment includes approximately 186 wire security cages and 221 electronic poll books cases. The contractor must supply all labor, vehicles, equipment, and materials necessary to load and unload the equipment and materials. The contract period will be for one year, with a possible one-year extension at the county's discretion.
