Description
The Office of State Procurement is seeking bids for janitorial services for the Louisiana Department of Health. The contract will be for an initial period of 10 months, with the option to renew for two additional 12-month periods. The services will be provided at the LDH Central La Supports & Service Center in Alexandria, LA. A mandatory jobsite visit is required, and bidders must contact Darrell Carson for more information.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• The bidder must provide all necessary equipment, supplies, and personnel to perform the services.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment and labor.
• The bidder must provide proof of insurance and bonding, if required.
• The contract may be terminated by the State of Louisiana for convenience or cause.
