CMAR Services for the Renovation of the New HCSO Sheriff's Operations Center

The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office (HCSO) is seeking qualifications from firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the adaptive reuse, renovation, and/or alteration of portions of five (5) floors of an existing HCSO facility. The selected firm will be responsible for providing CMAR services in accordance with Section 287.055, Florida Statutes, known as the Consultants' Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA). • The project involves the renovation of an existing facility, which includes five floors. • The selected firm will be responsible for providing CMAR services. • The project is subject to the Consultants' Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA). • The HCSO is seeking qualifications from firms with experience in construction management services. • The firm will be required to provide a statement of no participation and other necessary documents.
