7910--RIDE-ON FLOOR SCRUBBERS

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from potential vendors to acquire 3 KARCHER Floor Scrubbers for the Tucson VA Medical Center. The floor scrubbers must meet or exceed specific technical requirements, including a minimum cleaning path width of 20-24 inches, a solution tank capacity of at least 10 gallons, and a recovery tank capacity of at least 10 gallons. The vendor must also provide standard brushes and pads, squeegees, and any consumables required for initial operation, as well as operator manuals, service manuals, and safety documentation. • The floor scrubber must be suitable for large medical facility environments. • The vendor must transport and deliver the floor scrubber directly to the designated receiving location at the Tucson VA Medical Center. • The vendor must provide qualified personnel to conduct training within two weeks after arrival. • The vendor must provide technical support contact information and respond to any warranty issues within the timeframe established in the contract.
