Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to award a sole source contract to Transonic Systems Inc. for a new HD03 Hemodialysis flow system. The system is intended to measure true Delivered Flow using transit-time ultrasound technology, Blood Recirculation, and Access Blood Flow through a simple saline injection via indicator dilution flow measurement technology. The system will be used in patients undergoing Hemodialysis treatment with a catheter, graft, or fistula. The contract is for a Firm-Fixed-Price equipment procurement, and the deliverables include an HD03 Monitor, H4FX Sensor, and Patient-less Measurement Module (PMM) system configuration.
