Description
The Klamath Tribes’ Klamath Tribal Health and Family Services (KTHFS) is seeking proposals to construct a new 4,076‑sq‑ft health‑center facility in Beatty, Oregon. The contractor will be responsible for full site work, demolition, foundation, structural steel, concrete, interior finishes, MEP rough‑in, fire‑alarm and emergency‑responder radio systems, and compliance with Davis‑Bacon wages and Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO). All design documents, specifications, and drawings are provided in the RFP packet, and a mandatory pre‑bid walk‑through is required. The contract will be a fixed‑price award with an anticipated construction schedule of roughly five to six months after award.
• Scope includes complete new construction (foundation, structural, interior, MEP, fire‑alarm, radio coverage).
• Contractor must be licensed in Oregon, bonded, and able to meet TERO and Davis‑Bacon requirements.
