Description
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking a contractor to provide up to 281 fire extinguishers (NSN 4210-01-677-2080) in support of end item JLTV units. The contract will be a firm fixed price, three-year, IDIQ contract. The contractor must provide the total quantity of the items in this solicitation, and only one award will be made as a result of this solicitation. The fire extinguishers must meet the requirements of the Technical Data Package (TDP) and be from an approved manufacturer.
• The contract has a guaranteed minimum quantity of 14 units and a maximum contract quantity of 281 units.
• The contractor must provide the fire extinguishers within the specified timeframe and meet the requirements of the TDP.
• The contractor must also provide supply chain traceability documentation and retain it for ten years after final payment.
• The contract includes various clauses, including clauses related to hazardous materials, safety, and security.
