OPS No. T4249 - Design Services

The New Jersey Turnpike Authority is seeking a qualified firm to provide design services for the rehabilitation of Str. No. 120.46. The scope of work includes superstructure steel repairs, replacement of bridge bearings, and fatigue repairs. The selected firm will be responsible for preparing contract documents and performing all necessary activities to effectuate the design process. The firm must be prequalified in the Profile Code A092, Bridges: Miscellaneous Repairs. The Authority is seeking participation of Small Business Enterprises (SBEs) as subconsultants, with a project goal of 25% SBE participation, and Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (DVOB) participation, with a goal of 3% DVOB participation. Key aspects of the project include: • Inspection of the current condition of all below deck members • Design of repairs and/or replacement of bridge bearings and bolsters • Preparation of contract documents • Performance of all necessary activities to effectuate the design process • Participation of SBEs and DVOBs as subconsultants
