Description
The US Government Publishing Office is seeking quotations for the production of 4 feet by 8 feet vinyl banners in full color or four-color process using UV safe, dye-sublimation inks. The banners will be displayed both indoors and outdoors and must be weather resistant for 3 years. The contractor must provide a fixed price for the production of the banners, including all materials and operations. The quotation must include separate unit pricing for each additional item.
• The banners must be made of 13 oz. scrim vinyl with a glossy finish
• The banners must have brass grommets in each corner and spaced along the top and bottom
• The top and bottom edges must be reinforced for added strength in the outdoors
• The contractor must maximize imprint areas
• The contractor must provide a prior-to-production sample within 10 workdays of the approval of the PDF proofs
• The contractor must deliver the finished banners by 01/29/2026
