Description
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking a law firm to serve as bond counsel for one of two anticipated General Obligation bonds. The selected firm will provide legal services, including opining on the validity of the debt issuance and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements. The contract will be a requirements contract with negotiated compensation. The firm must submit two separate proposals, one for the combined bond issue and one for the refunding bond issue. The proposals must include a technical submittal, a cost submittal, and SDB and VBE participation submittals.
