Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a portable air conditioner rental for the Boston Healthcare System, Brockton Division. The contractor will provide a portable air conditioner and be responsible for all labor, materials, tools, and special equipment required to perform the work. The period of performance will include one base period and two option periods. The base period will begin upon award through October 20, and each option period will be May 21 through October 20.
• The contractor must provide 2 x 25 Ton AC with Heat – 480V 3PH 72KW unit
• The contractor must provide duct connections and associated temp wire connections for both units
• All work shall be performed during normal working hours, which exclude Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays and the hours prior to 7:00 A.M. and after 6:00 P.M.
• Contract personnel must be badged and accompanied by VHA BHS Brockton Engineering staff for delivery, set-up, and take-down
